Pair of 11th-place finishes in World of Outlaws finale at The Dirt Track at Charlotte

On Thursday evening, Dustin Sorensen was one of 71 Super Late Model drivers in attendance for the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Series season finale at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.) over the three-day weekend.

Finishing outside the Top-20 in the $15,000-to-win opener, Sorensen had better luck on Friday night as he finished runner-up in a heat race and finished one spot out of the Top-10 in 11th during the second $15,000-to-win preliminary. Finishing second in the first dash on Saturday, Dustin started from the sixth-row in the 50-lap finale and once again landed just outside the Top-10 in 11th.

Dustin Sorensen officially finished 11th in the final World of Outlaw point standings.
