Interstate Sprint Car Series Set For Race Three Of 2018 At Cottage Grove On Saturday June 23rd

Cottage Grove, Oregon- After more than a month off the cars and stars of the Interstate Sprint Car Series return to racing on Saturday, June 23rd. The series returns to Cottage Grove Speedway where they opened up the 2018 schedule back in May. A great car count of Sprint Cars are expected to be in attendance and as always it will be action packed every single lap.
With two races in the season completed there have been two different winners. Shane Forte won the last trip to Cottage Grove on a last lap pass while Kyler Barraza dominated the field at Coos Bay. Barraza enters the weekend as the current ISCS point leader.
Locally at Cottage Grove Ricky Ashley has the most victories, with two. Single race winners include the aforementioned Forte, Tyler Thompson, and Orion Redmond. Shane Forte is the current point leader at Cottage Grove Speedway.
Tickets are $13.00 for Adults, Senior/Junior (13-17)/Military $10.00, Youth (6-12) $5.00, and Children (5 & Under) FREE. A Family Pass (2 Adults and up to 4 Youths) is $35.00 while VIP Skybox seats are $25.00 each. For more information log on to www.cottagegrovespeedway.com.
