Miniakota Micro Sprint Series

The Miniakota board would like to thank everyone for their past participation and interest. We have greatly reduced our number of shows this season due to a variety of reasons. As of last week, we found out Rock County Speedway was having some additional Micro shows this 2017 season. We were unaware prior to that week… Despite getting dumped by Rock County speedway after 7 years of racing in 2016, We would still like to support the local micro sprint community and avoid any conflict like last weekend moving forward. We have added those remaining dates to a lineup of local events. For the remainder of 2017 season the Miniakota page will simply be a spot to inform any and all racers of possible shows in the area and within driving distance. Until Miniakota finds a facility to work from, we have halted promotions. Please email info about local shows and we will post them…. We will not be actively promoting the remainder of the 2017 season or trying to organize events outside of what has already been accomplished. We will let the local tracks, Nobles County Speedway and Rock County Speedway and the Rock county Fair board, or others groups decide when and where they want to go from this point. We will try to report on the press releases to help get the word out. Furthermore, we encourage everyone to support both tracks and their efforts to keep Micro Racing Vibrant. Just a short time ago we had 27 car fields locally. Again, we will try to post these tracks events if were notified and continue looking for ways to grow.

September 24 Raceway Park, Jefferson ia, South Dakota Fall Nationals featuring winged
