Jost, Lee, Pence, Cody. Silva, Truitt and Cash Run to USAC Weekly Racing Victory at Port City Raceway

TULSA, Okla. (June 9, 2019) - Delaney Jost, Connor Lee, Caleb Pence, Ryan Cody, Baron Silva, Hudsyn Truitt and Matt Cash each ran to victory on Saturday night at Port City Raceway in their respective USAC Weekly Racing division.

124 entries checked in for competition with 17 USAC Outlaws, 35 USAC Non-Wing, 19 USAC A-Class, 11 USAC Sportsman, 16 USAC Restricted, 14 USAC Junior Sprints and 12 USAC Masters.

Delaney Jost rolled from the ninth starting spot to pick up the USAC Outlaw victory. Joel Smith took the second spot from the eleventh starting spot. Kris Carroll was third after starting fifteenth. Chris Andrews crossed in fourth from sixteenth and Jerrod Wilson rounded out the top five after starting thirteenth.

Blake Battles, Ty Hulsey, Shane Hacker, Garrett Olson and Jake Nail brought up the top ten.

Jost and Kinzer Edwards picked up heat race wins.

Connor Lee topped a stout 34 car USAC Non-Wing field on Saturday night. Zac Moody finished in the runner up spot with Isaac Barr rounding out the podium. Thad Bennett and Greg Emeterio, Jr. brought up the top five.

Ronnie James, Jason Tracy, Grady Mercer, Spencer Mason and Larry Williams were the top ten.

Heat race winners include: Tracy, Caleb Pence, Shawn Wicker and Barr. The nights two B-Mains went to Ethan Wicker and Tyler Drummond.

After starting eighth, Caleb Pence went on to score the USAC A-Class feature event. Tenth starter, Kris Carroll finished in second with Blake Battles in third. Jason Adams was fourth and Shawn Mahaffey came from fourteenth to round out the top five.

Jason Tracy, Jake Rosario, Brock Berreth, Connor Lee and Garth Kasiner rounded out the top ten.

Grady Mercer, Jayson Campbell and Tracy were heat race winners.

Ryan Cody continued his dominance in the USAC Sportsman division. Cody started eleventh and went on to score the win. Troy Minton took the second spot with Bobby McIntosh third. Dave Nicholson crossed in fourth and Justin Simpson was fifth.

Tyler LaPointe, Kaimron Schoonover, Michaela Jewsbury, Bre Lamb and Jeff Harris completed the top ten.

Schoonover and Nicholson were the two heat race victors.

Baron Silva held off fourteenth starting, Rees Moran for the USAC Restricted victory. Ryan Cotney crossed in the third spot. Kylee Young was fourth at the line and Jeramiah Green brought up the top five.

Brody McLaughlin, Jace Park, Freddy Rowland, Jon Lane and Hayden Mabe were the top ten.

Silva and Rowland were the two heat race winners.

Hudsyn Truitt captured the USAC Junior Sprint feature event win. Ayden Parrish crossed in the runner up spot with Cale McGee crossing in the third spot. Tyler Crow took fourth and Sawyer Beers fifth.

Ryker Griggs, Blake Winkler, Brody McClelland, Carter Sauer and Sky Bartholomew bring up the top ten.

Griggs and Truitt claimed the nights two heat race wins.

Matt Cash won the USAC Masters class. Dave Nicholson was second at the line and Troy Minton rounded out the podium. Thad Bennett was fourth with Ruben Morris fifth.

Tim Greene, Milton Goolsby, Tony Ogden, Larry Barnes and Rob Lamb were the top ten.

Next up at Port City Raceway the NOW600 Lucas Oil National Micros return for their Sooner 600 Week on Saturday, June 15. Outlaws, Sportsman, Junior Sprints and Masters will also be in action.
