Weaver Finishes Fourth at 411; Retires Early at TST

Cameron Weaver made the trip to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Friday night to enter a Weekly Racing Series Event at the 3/8-mile oval.

Nineteen 604 Crate Late Models took part in the program, and after qualifying ninth fastest in time trials he locked into the ninth starting spot for the feature.

During the course of the 20-lap affair he advanced five spots to finish fourth behind Jason Cardwell, Trevor Sise, and Hayden Cardwell with Landon Gentry rounding out the Top-5 finishers.

On Saturday the team slid south to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) for the $6,000-to-win Red Farmer Tribute.

Forty-three Crate Racin' USA Dirt Late Model Series entries entered the event, and after qualifying ninth fastest he finished third in his heat race to lock into the 18th-starting spot for the feature.

Cameron retired early from the feature to a 25th-place finish.
