UPDATED NEWS
Desoto Speedway updated a few changes to the schedule. Due to some conflict with classes scheduled on the same dates at other tracks, we have decided to move some dates in hopes to make for a better show at all tracks. We apologize for any inconvenience but are trying to put some changes in place in hopes to have a better show for our fans and overall fairness to our drivers. We appreciate your support and also want to give a few headline nights for our backbone classes. We also would like to add –
With the resurgence of the Winged Sprint Cars and The BG Products Southern Sprint Car Shootout Series in Florida. Desoto Speedway has listened to its fans and will concentrate solely on their partnership with the series and will run the popular Winged cars at the South’s Fastest 3/8 Mile oval. Fans have asked and we have listened, they want to see the lightning fast speed produced by winged warriors. The Winged Sprint Cars are the fastest short track cars around turning Desoto Speedways oval in sub 14 second laps.
You can witness The BG Products Southern Sprint Cars at Desoto Speedway on September 9th for The Larry Brazil Memorial, October 14th and then the final show of 2017 will be November 18 for twin 30 lap features.
Super Late Models have been moved off July 8th and moved to June 24th and the Pro Trucks have been moved from June 24th to July 8th. We hope this helps for better participation at Desoto Speedway and at all tracks.
