RS12 drivers continue 2024 campaign with Coles County starts

In what has become an almost weekly tradition this year, Zander LaRose and Harrison Robards both represented RS12 Motorsports on Saturday evening at Coles County Speedway.

LaRose, competing in the Junior Sprint class at the 1/8-mile oval in Mattoon, Illinois, kicked off his night by grabbing fourth in his heat race. He then started and finished eighth in the 15-lap A-Main.

Meanwhile, Robards was part of the 20-car A-Class Wing program at Coles County. “Dirty Harry” claimed fourth in his heat, starting him 11th on the grid in the 20-lap feature. He was forced to retire early and recorded a 16th-place finish.
