Aragon Racing is providing Dave Darland a ride at the Steve Stroud Memorial at Canyon on February 11th, 2017

Dave had an extremely special bond with Steve Stroud, and Aragon Racing is privileged to be involved in his remembrance of Steve this Saturday.

Dave is the winningest sprint car driver in USAC history with his record 59 wins. He also has over 250 career feature wins with 24 consecutive years of winning a national race in USAC.

Steve Stroud, originally from Southern California, is a well-known, key figure in multiple Phoenix businesses related to open wheel racing. The Arizona Open Wheel Racing Museum was founded by Steve and it encompasses his love of motorsports, appreciation of the history of racing in the Southwest, and the desire to celebrate and share the wealth of motorsports knowledge with future generations.

Aragon Racing would like to give special consideration to Arizona Open Wheel Racing Museum and Mickey Meyer for their dedication and contributions to keeping the Stroud legacy alive. Mickey will also be heading the pits and turning the wrenches for Darland.
