Track Championship at Sweet Springs

What made me so proud of this young man is his relentless competitive nature to stay focused on the task at hand: win the track Championship in the Junior Sprint class. Having been a former driver myself and around racing all my life I’ve never had the “luxury” of being around someone who just “gets it”. Now I’m not saying Austin is any big deal but in only one full season of racing he’s accomplished the feat of winning 4 races and securing a track championship. Austin has had only season and a half of competitive structured racing experience.
