RacinBoys Broadcasting Network Showcasing Live Pay-Per-View From Round 2 of Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals on Wednesday
Inside Line Promotions – TULSA, Okla. (Jan. 11, 2017) – The 31st annual Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals Presented by General Tire got off to a rousing start on Tuesday night inside the River Spirit Expo Center.
A total of 90 competitors battled it out through heat races, qualifiers, D Mains, C Mains, B Mains and a 25-lap A Main that culminated with Tyler Courtney securing his first career Chili Bowl preliminary victory. Larry Wight advanced from seventh to second place and Zach Daum maneuvered from 10th to third as both drivers joined Courtney to lock into Saturday’s main event.
The action continues with approximately 90 new racers on Wednesday during Round 2 of the marquee midget event and the RacinBoys Broadcasting Network will once again be airing live Pay-Per-View video from hot laps until the final checkered flag is waved.
The broadcast will feature multiple cameras, enhanced graphics, replays and more. Hot laps are slated for 4 p.m. (Central) with heat races at 5 p.m. (Central). The price is only $25. Also, the RacinBoys Broadcasting Network will present the post-race press conference live free of charge. Viewers just need to log in to the RacinBoys website to view.

Tuesday’s opener set the stage for a tremendous event as NASCAR star Kyle Larson captured the Vacuworx Invitational Race of Champions before he and Courtney duked it out in the A Main. Larson was challenging Courtney for the lead with only eight laps remaining when he got upside down and ended up finishing 21st.
Wednesday’s crop of competitors is led by five-time Chili Bowl champion Sammy Swindell and two-time defending champion Rico Abreu. World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series drivers Paul McMahan, David Gravel and Donny Schatz, who is making his event debut, are also slated to race along with dozens more from across the United States, Canada and Australia.
Scott Traylor anchors the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl coverage with Bryan Gapinski, Justin Zoch, Brian Ward, Lenny Batycki and Jim Childers among the RacinBoys voices. Scotty Cook will conduct driver interviews from the pits and Victory Lane throughout the week.
Nationally known motor sports writer Reid Spencer will provide exclusive content daily during the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Midget Nationals on the RacinBoys website. The premium section of the RacinBoys website will have additional video content not only from the Chili Bowl, but other events throughout the year as well.
