Troutman seventh with World of Outlaws at Wilmot Raceway

Kicking off the long week in Wisconsin, Drake Troutman followed the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series to Wilmot (Wis.) Raceway for a $12,000-to-win show on Tuesday evening with the G.R. Smith Motorsports team.

Finishing third in a heat race, Troutman started from the fourth-row in the A-Main and came away with a seventh-place finish. Rolling into Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wis.) on Thursday, Drake finished 20th in the opener before recording a seventh-place finish in his heat race on Friday. Troutman took a provisional for the $100,000-to-win finale and finished 26th.

Troutman is rounding out the Top-5 in the World of Outlaws point standings.
