Clayton Stuckey scores pair of Top-10 finishes with Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series
Spending their Easter weekend at the racetrack, Clayton and Jarrett Stuckey invaded Hattiesburg (Miss.) Speedway on Friday afternoon to compete with the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series.
Winning his heat race, Clayton started the $2,500-to-win main event from eighth and moved passed five competitors to land on the podium in third. Jarrett started the feature ninth and wound up 15th when the checkered flag flew.
With Jarrett sitting Saturday night out, Clayton unloaded the lone Black Diamond Racing machine at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Miss.) for the $3,000-to-win show. Starting 10th in the 40-lap main event, Stuckey finished eighth in the final running order.
