Clayton Stuckey struggles in Lucas Oil Spring Nationals at Lucas Oil Speedway
With his brother Jarrett sitting idle, Clayton Stuckey was the lone Black Diamond Racing entry at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.) on Friday afternoon for the Lucas Oil Spring Nationals.
With a stout 44-car MLRA field on hand, Clayton finished seventh in his heat race before losing two spots in his B-Main to finish eighth.
Hoping to make Saturday's $20,000-to-win finale, Stuckey once again found himself in a B-Main and was unable to transfer to the main event.
