6 Different Winners and One Falls To Weather in Central PA Sprint Car Series
The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series kicked off the Labor Day weekend with Triple 20s at Williams Grove Speedway Friday night. There were three features and three different winners. Greg Hodnett took the first feature with Brent Marks taking the 2nd and Cory Haas winning the final feature. Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway it was Alan Krimes getting his second series win of the year, while at Port Royal Speedway former dirt modified ace Frank Cozze picked up his first ever sprint car victory.
Sunday night September 2nd Rick Lafferty won his 2nd series feature of the year at Williams Grove Speedway. The Labor Day Classic at Port Royal Speedway Monday afternoon was rained out.
The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series continues this week with two nights of All Star action Friday and Saturday September 7th-8th at Port Royal Speedway for the Tuscarora 50.
Greg Hodnett continues to lead the points over Danny Dietrich and Brian Montieth.
