Lance Norick Conquers Canyon Speedway Park with Carlyle Tools ASCS Southwest Region
PEORIA, Ariz. (April 16, 2016) Absent from Victory Lane since 2014, Arizona’s Lance Norick ended his dry spell on Saturday night, claiming the nights $1,500 winner’s check at the Canyon Speedway Park with the Carlyle Tools ASCS Southwest Region.
Norick’s third career victory with the Carlyle Tools ASCS Southwest Region, the Children’s Miracle Network No. 90 railed the highline of the Canyon Speedway Park. Coming from the eighth position, Norick advanced past Stevie Sussex on Lap 5 for the lead.
California’s Colby Copeland crossed second with Ryan Linder earning the show position. Running inside the top three most of the race, Stevie Sussex ended his night fourth with Rick Ziehl completing the top-five.
From 11th, Wes Wofford finished sixth with Bob Ream, Jr. seventh. Colton Hardy, Jesse Baker, and James Mosher completed the top-ten.
With the victory, Norick was also the night’s SpeedMart Hard Charger of the Night.
