Jordan Ryan Leaves Wayne County Frustrated Despite Podium Run
ORRVILLE, Ohio (June 22, 2024) Despite a podium run this past Saturday night at Wayne County Speedway, Jordan Ryan left frustrated.
Posting to his Social Media, Ryan stated, "Took the lead twice for a lap and a half both times and got put back to third both times. Meanwhile, one takes the lead for a quarter of a lap, and they give it to him. Had a great racecar and a third place finish...Frustrating. On to next week."
Shown to have led two laps on MRP Live Timing, Ryan ran second through most of the event before slipping to fourth on Lap 17. Fight back to third four laps later, the time was not there to mount a charge.
Adding to it, contact with a deer on the drive home did little to lighten the mood. Thankfully, everyone in the vehicle is ok.
