Moore Rallies for Runner-Up Finish at Legit Speedway

After seeing Thursday night's scheduled United Sprint Car Series (USCS) Speedweek event at North Alabama Speedway washed away by Mother Nature, the team entered a sole weekend race with a Saturday trip to Legit Speedway (West Plains, Missouri) for a showdown between the American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) Mid-South Region and Warrior Region.

Twenty-five entries were on hand for the program, and Howard won his heat race from the second-starting spot. His heat performance sent him to the redraw, where he received the eighth-starting spot for the feature.

For the first half of the finale, Howard ran in seventh before finding a groove that allowed him to move forward. He was able to advance to a runner-up finish behind race winner, Marshall Skinner with Kyle Bellm, Chase Porter, and Landon Britt completing the Top-5 finishers.
