Millwood Begins 2020 Season at Screven

Friday night saw Tyler Millwood kick off his 2020 season at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) for the two-day Winter Freeze X. In a field of 24 cars, Tyler followed up the eighth fastest lap in his time trial group with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Starting the opening night feature in 12th, Millwood slipped back to a 20th place outing after bringing out a caution on lap 17.

On Sunday afternoon Tyler stopped at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Winter Nationals. Coming in 8th in his heat, Millwood transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Needing to place 3rd or better, Tyler Millwood fell short with a 5th place finish.
