Nik Larson Wins 2nd JOES Speed Shop Pavement Challenge

For the second race in a row of the JOES Speed Shop Pavement Challenge presented by Bell Helmets, Nik Larson parked the #16 Northwest Focus Midget in victory lane at South Sound Speedway In Tenino, Wa.
Starting off the night, Nik would set the fast time of the night with a 14.448, from the 4th spot in the heat race the #16 would jump to a quick lead and take the Viarv Parts and Service heat #1 win. With the invert for the main Nik would line up in the 6th spot, it would be a chaotic first couple laps with cars running 3 and 4 wide off into the corners, after a couple laps sorted out Nik settled into 2nd place chasing the lead car of AJ Fugitt, lap cars would play a key factor, as these two ran nose to tail for several laps and came up on a lap car, Nik would make the move to the inside for the lead and take over the top spot, the rest of the race would go caution free and Nik and the #16 would cruise to another victory.
