Heart of Texas Debut
Last night, Thursday March 17, Kamera took her Sport Modified to the Heart of Texas Speedway in Waco, TX. She started 9th in her heat race. After some rubbing on the start she was able to finish 7th. It was discovered that the "rubbing" had bent her tie-rod and she had completed the heat struggling to be able to turn the car. She began 14th in the main feature. It was a race full of strong racers. During the race it was noticed that her headers were glowing. She was still able to finish 9th. When she returned to the pits and after some inspection on her motor, it was determined that there were some motor issues going on. Hopefully the motor can be replaced and she will be back on the track Friday at Boyd Speedway.
