Zakalowski follows Steel Block Bandits to Sumter Speedway
With another one-day Steel Block Bandits show on tap, Landen Zakalowski invaded Sumter (S.C) Speedway on Saturday afternoon for the $7,500-to-win Billy Cagle Memorial.
Stopping the clock 16th-fastest out of 23 Late Models, Landen gained one position in his heat race which placed him on the seventh-row for the 50-lap feature. Zakalowski was an early retiree in the main event and recorded a 16th-place finish.
