Tad Pospisil collects $4,000 payday in first-career Eagle Raceway triumph
Attending one event over the weekend, Tad Pospisil rolled into Eagle (Neb.) Raceway on Sunday afternoon with the Malvern Bank West Series for the $4,000-to-win Stewart Alley Memorial.
Laying down the quickest lap out of 29 Late Models, Pospisil charged from sixth-to-third in his heat race to earn the pole position for the feature. Taking the top spot when the green flag dropped, Tad briefly battled with points leader Bill Leighton Jr. before he pulled away for the victory. Pospisil led all 30 laps of the A-Main and collected $4,000 for his efforts.
Pospisil is currently second in the point standings.
