Roland notches Top-10 finish in Tar Heel 50 at Tri-County

Will Roland invaded Tri-County Racetrack (Brasstown, N.C.) on Thursday night powering his Roland Tire No. 22 Late Model for the FK Rod Ends Tar Heel 50. In a field of 23 Schaeffer’s Fall Nationals series entries, Will recorded the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group before placing second in his heat behind Casey Roberts. Starting the $10,053-to-win A-Main in ninth, Roland held his spot for all 53 laps to register a ninth place finish.

Saturday night's Fall Nationals series-sanctioned Billy Clanton Classic at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) was postponed to Nov. 21st.
