Podium finish in Winter Nationals finale at Southern Oklahoma Speedway

Competing in a pair of heat races on Friday for the two-day event, Jeff scored a third-place finish in his first heat race but was forced to pull off early in the second round with the wrong gear.

With preliminary results relegating him into a B-Main on Saturday, Taylor secured his spot into the $2,500-to-win Winter Nationals finale with an eighth-to-second showing in the 15-lapper. Wheeling his way into the Top-5 in the 25-lap affair, Jeff passed 11 cars to register a third-place finish. He trailed Matthew Day and Josh McGaha to the checkers.
