Hedgecock notches podium finish at I-75 Raceway

On Saturday afternoon, Cory Hedgecock entered his E-Z-GO No. 23 Late Model into competition at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) for the track’s Champions Night. Drawing 19 American All-Star Series entries, Cory’s second fastest qualifying lap positioned him on the front row for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. After pacing the field for the first nine circuits, Hedgecock dropped back to second where he would eventually finish. He followed Eli Beets to the checkers with Colton Profitt, Jason Cardwell, and Chris Chandler completing the Top-5 finishers.
