Miller Returning to Action This Weekend at Greenville-Pickens Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – ASHEVILLE, N.C. (July 11, 2017) – Anthony Miller is back in action this weekend at Greenville-Pickens Speedway after a two-month hiatus because of a lack of cooperation by Mother Nature.

“It’s good to finally be back in the seat,” he said. “We’ve been able to get some practice days in, but the weather just hasn’t wanted to cooperate on race days.”

Miller picked up a win at the famed oval in Easley, S.C., earlier this season.

“I’m hoping we can repeat what we did at the beginning of the season and pick up another win,” he said. “We’ve had our motor rebuilt since then and the car, as well as the driver, has been ready to race.”

In the meantime, Miller has participated at a variety of car shows and events in order to promote and gain exposure for his race team.

“It’s been really cool to be able to attend some of these events and interact with the fans there,” he said. “We went to a car show at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino several weeks ago where the race car was displayed inside the building. Then we had an Anthony Miller Racing Night with the Asheville Tourist Baseball Club a few weeks later. I actually got to throw out the first pitch of the game and I think we were able to make some new fans to come out and support us at the races.”
