Top 5 Finish in Season-Opener at Screven

Gregg Satterlee made the trek to Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) on Friday night to kick off the 2020 season with the Winter Freeze X. Drawing 24 cars for the two-day event, Satterlee followed up the fifth fastest lap in his time trial group with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Starting the $10,010-to-win A-Main in tenth, Gregg gained six spots to place 4th behind Brandon Overton, Ross Bailes, and Chris Ferguson with Jason Covert coming in 5th. (Thomas Hendrickson photo)

The following night, Gregg came in fifth fastest in his qualifying group before placing 3rd in his heat. Earning the 10th-starting position for the $20,010-to-win finale, Satterlee improved one spot in the 60-lap affair to register a 9th place finish.

On Sunday afternoon Satterlee stopped at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Winter Nationals. Coming in 2nd in his heat behind Devin Moran, Gregg locked into the sixth-starting position for the A-Main. With $10,000 on the line, Gregg Satterlee fell four spots to place 10th.
