MRP provides a full suite of tools including race management software, sanction management, websites, online ticketing and registration, fan engagement tools, revenue-generating products, and the MyRacePass App.
At MyRacePass, we don’t just sell software — we power grassroots racing. The Promoter Success Representative is the bridge between our technology and the race promoters who depend on it every weekend. This role is built for someone who understands racing culture, values relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact on the tracks we serve. You’ll help promoters grow, adopt new tools, and succeed both online and at the track — while representing MyRacePass throughout the industry.
This is not a call center job. This is a sales & support, relationship-driven, industry-facing role.

What You’ll Do
Client Sales & Onboarding
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with race promoters.
Onboard new promoters to the MyRacePass platform.
Guide promoters through setup and best practices.
Encourage deeper adoption of MyRacePass tools across existing clients.
Identify opportunities to expand services within your assigned accounts.
Own Promoter Relationships
Manage a book of race track promoters
Educate promoters on the Fan Engagement tools within MyRacePass
Onboard current promoters deeper into the MyRacePass suite of tools
Conduct check-ins and strategy calls
Ensure promoters are using the platform effectively
Identify at-risk accounts and reduce churn
Drive Product Adoption & Growth
Train & support promoters on race management tools, websites, online ticketing & registration.
Support promoters on occasional weekend events via phone and/or email.
Identify upsell opportunities (ticketing, advertising, platform upgrades).
Collaborate with other teammates to expand clients’ use of MyRacePass.
Increase promoter lifetime value (LTV).
Represent MyRacePass in the Industry
Across the team, we attend nearly 50 events per year, including trade shows and racing events.
You'll attend a portion of them annually.
Minimum required traveling events included are listed below and subject to change:
Performance Racing Industry Show (PRI Show) - Indianapolis, IN
RPM Promoter Workshops - Daytona, FL & Reno, NV
NASCAR Week - Daytona, FL
WARPA Promoters Conference - Portland, OR
Chili Bowl Nationals - Tulsa, OK
You may:
Travel overnight and on weekends
Help with booth setup and promoter workshops
Occasionally drive the MRP event van to events
Load and coordinate marketing materials using inventory sheets
Potential events you would travel to:
Events like the IMCA Super Nationals or WISSOTA 100
Dirt in December in St. Louis
Other miscellaneous promoter-facing tradeshow events
We are a hands-on team. We show up. We support the industry in person.

Between providing an online ticketing platform, to sending real time data to thousands of fans, MyRacePass as race night covered.

We are a small team focused on solving our customer needs in a secure, scalable and reliable fashion. We deliver frequently on a maintainable cadence and strive for quality of code and quality of life. We have a wide variety of work to do, and it is expected you are willing to pitch in wherever help is needed.
Role
We're searching for a software engineer to join our product engineering team to maintain and build a feature rich platform for all of motorsports. You will bring hard lessons learned and how to recover from mistakes made. If you have never made any mistakes, I would like to meet you, you would be the first. You embrace legacy code and take great pleasure in modernizing a codebase. You will take on a variety of tasks while pair programming in a full stack C# environment, to various other needs of the team which may include working on React, desktop C# applications, CI/CD and automated testing.

Strong Object Oriented language experience
You can write SQL queries involving multiple tables
Fundamental understanding of relational databases involving stored procedures
Multiple front end framework experience, preferably Razor and React
Comfortable with various API tech including REST and Web Sockets
Used some form of automated DB migration tooling
Deployment experience to a container technology
Able to debug complex code
Embrace modernization efforts with a “yes and…” attitude
Some experience with CI/CD or other aspects of DevOps
Some experience with AI tools
Familiar with agile development
Some tech background in the following: ASP.NET MVC, C#, Java, MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, React, JavaScript, Angular, Java, Swift, Web sockets/SignalR
Desirable Skills
Shipped production code in more than 1 language
Familiar with AWS technologies: EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB is a plus
Mobile development for either Android or iOS
Functional programming language exposure
