JONESTOWN, Pa. (March 14, 2022) - It was a tough weekend in Tulare for the “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss, but despite his pair of tough outcomes, highlighting the weekend at Thunderbowl Raceway with a 17th-place score on Saturday, Zearfoss is eager to return to action, already looking ahead to another California pair this Friday and Saturday, March 18-19.

“Thunderbowl Raceway is definitely different from what I’m used to, but regardless, we learned some things and we now know what we have to do differently. I’m confident things will be different when we get back there,” Zearfoss said, driver of the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Berkebile Oil Company, X-1 Race Cars, No. 3Z sprint car. “Hats off to my team. It’s never easy having to settle with finishes like that, especially after having success at Cotton Bowl, but they never gave up and kept plugging away. That’s all anyone can do…look for the silver lining and move on.”

Brock Zearfoss opened his weekend at Thunderbowl Raceway with an 18th-place finish on Friday. The former Port Royal Speedway track champion and World of Outlaws winner at Williams Grove Speedway qualified for each of Thunderbowl’s main events through his respective heat races, finishing fourth on Friday, as well as Saturday.

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their sophomore campaign with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series with another California double on Friday and Saturday, March 18-19.
