JONESTOWN, Pa. (April 25, 2022) - Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Indiana, is certainly known for its high-paced, elbows-up persona, and that was exactly the case on Saturday night, April 23, when the World of Outlaws invaded for their annual appearance. Brock Zearfoss, a second-year competitor with the Greatest Show On Dirt, did his best to tame Tri-State’s wickedness, but was ultimately caught up in the chaos, forced to settle for 14th after being involved in a “nowhere to go” tangle with traffic.

Despite the chaotic ending to his Indiana visit, Zearfoss is ready to move on, already looking ahead toward a big weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee. Dubbed the Bristol Bash, Bristol’s weekend finale on Saturday, April 30, will award a $25,000 payday, all of which igniting with a practice session on Thursday and a preliminary program on Friday.

“Tri-State is a fun place to race, but it’s easy to get caught up in a mess,” Brock Zearfoss said, driver of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, No. 3Z sprint car. “Hats off to my team and all of our partners. We have a big weekend ahead, and one weekend closer to competing in our own backyard. We’re excited to get rolling.”

ON DECK:
Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their sophomore campaign with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series with the Bristol Bash at the dirt covered Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee, on Thursday through Saturday, April 28-30. The weekend will ignite with a practice session on Thursday, followed by back-to-back nights of competition on Friday and Saturday. Saturday’s finale will award a $25,000 payday.
