Ransomville Speedway Kicks Off 64th Season This Friday Night

RANSOMVILLE, NY (May 2, 2022) The 64th season of racing in the hamlet of Ransomville, NY will begin on Friday, May 6 as VP Racing Small Engine Fuels presents the racing program at the Ransomville Speedway.

During Test, Tune, and Time this past Friday night, Ryan Susice, Scott Kerwin, Dan Schulz, and Greenley George all set quick time and will be bringing the Krown Undercoating Modifieds, Investor’s Service Sportsman, KiPo Motors Street Stocks, and the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman to the green flag respectively. They will be sharing the front row with Gary Lindberg, Brett Senek, Joey Zimmerman, and Noah Mamo in their respective divisions.

The Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stocks were unable to take their time trial run due to an electrical issue. Those drivers will draw for their qualifying heat race positions and their heat race finish will determine their feature starting position. The top two fastest laps in the Mini Stock feature will receive free pit admission for a regularly scheduled Friday night racing program.

Pit gates will open at 5:00pm, with grandstands opening at 6:00pm and racing will get underway at 7:15pm. For more information, visit www.ransomvillespeedway.com and follow along on social media on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
