14th Place Finish At Anderson
The Vertech Motorsports crew headed to Anderson Speedway Wednesday to run the first race of 2012 with the new drivetrain in the car. Snyder had some work ahead of him with a stout field of 22 cars. With this being the first time at Anderson Speedway, the team had to work hard to get the handling right on the car. Snyder qualified 15th after getting loose going through corners 3 and 4. In the heat, Snyder was able to score a second place finish with some fast guys nipping at his heels. Snyder was able to salvage a 14th place finish in the 60 lap feature with only a few Anderson bruises. We look forward to taking the NAVY car to Kalamazoo and really seeing what this car is made of.
