Tad Pospisil cruises in Malvern Bank Series opener, claims $3,000
The 2022 season got underway for Tad Pospisil on Saturday afternoon at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Neb.) aboard his Window World No. 04 Late Model for the Malvern Bank Series season opener. With 28 Late Models entered, Pospisil recorded the fastest lap in time trials before placing third in his heat race. Earning the sixth-starting position for the A-Main, Tad stole the lead on the fourth circuit and controlled the remainder of the 25-lapper to capture his first win of the season and a $3,000 prize. He took his 30th career Malvern Bank Series victory ahead of Corey Zeitner, Bill Leighton Jr., Jesse Sobbing, and Justin Zeitner. (Todd Boyd photo)
