Terbo finishes sixth in Gopher 50 at Deer Creek Speedway

With the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat race pinning him on the seventh row for the feature, Erb logged a 19th-place finish after slowing to draw a caution on lap 19.
For a round of prelims on Thursday afternoon at Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minn.), Tyler followed up a fourth-place finish in his heat with a 16th-to-12th run in the 25-lap preliminary.
The following night, Erb edged his way into the $5,000-to-win 25-lap preliminary with a second-place finish in his consolation event after placing sixth in his heat. Moving forward three positions, Tyler recorded a 17th-place outing.
With preliminary points placing Tyler on the fifth row for Saturday’s $50,000-to-win NAPA Auto Parts Gopher 50, Erb clawed forward three spots in the 75-lap affair to finish sixth.
Tyler remains in fourth in the latest LOLMDS point standings.
He also competed in a USRA Modified over the three-day weekend, where collected a 19th, 17th, and a seventh-place finish in Saturday's finale.
