Colin Shipley visits I-96 for Challenge Series opener

Colin Shipley made his lone start of the weekend on Friday evening at I-96 Speedway (Lake Odessa, Mich.) for the Allstar Performance Challenge Series tour opener. In a field of 32 cars, Shipley clocked in fourth-fastest overall but a mistake in his heat race dropped him back to 11th. Starting the $4,000-to-win A-Main in 22nd, Colin advanced through the field eight spots in the 40-lapper to finish 14th. (Jim DenHamer photo)
