Cade Dillard makes Silver Dollar Nationals finale at I-80

Drawing a stout field of 60 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, Cade missed a transfer spot in his heat race and B-Main, ending his night early.
The following night for a pair of heat races, Dillard recorded a sixth and fourth-place finish, relegating him into the B-Main for another shot at the $53,000-to-win Imperial Tile Silver Dollar Nationals finale.
With wet weather postponing Saturday’s consolation races to Sunday, Cade secured his spot into the main event with a 12-lap B-Main victory. Starting in 19th, Dillard dropped three positions in the 80-lap affair to finish 22nd.
