CARLOAD NIGHT AT CAN-AM SPEEDWAY MEANS BRING THE WHOLE CREW

JULY 26, 2022

LA FARGEVILLE, NY – One of the fan favorite nights at Can-Am Speedway during the season is Carload Night! Bring the whole carload of your crew for one special general admission price to the grandstands – just $20! Load up the whole posse and head out to the Nasty Track of the North Friday night, sponsored by FABCO Building Components and Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and Victims Assistance Center (VAC) of Jefferson, Lewis, & St. Lawrence County. Single admissions are still available for the regular grandstand price as well. Additionally, the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and Victims Assistance Center (VAC) will be at the track giving away new bike helmets to the first 250 youth through the General Admission Gate and drivers, race teams, and local businesses have sponsored a bike giveaway. There is no cost to enter, just hold onto your ticket and winners will be drawn during intermission!

A full schedule of racing is on the agenda with Whitesboro Plow Shop DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, Bob Johnson Auto Group DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, Panther Frameworx 602 Crate Sprint Cars, Donath Motor Worx Limited Sportsman and the Marsha Gibbons TLC Real Estate Thundercars. An action packed night of racing on a midsummer night is the perfect way to wrap up the week.

With only a few weeks of racing remaining in the 2022 season, the quest for the track championship is heating up. Tim Fuller leads the Whitesboro Plow Shop DIRTcar 358s, trailed by Ryan Bartlett and Derek Webb. David Rogers is just a few points ahead of Mike Fowler and Tyler Corcoran in the Bob Johnson Auto Group DIRTcar Sportsman class. Josh Verne Jr. and Logan Crisafulli are in a tight race in the Panther Frameworx 602 Crate Sprint Cars, separated by a mere two points. Owen Nier and Keegan Nier are having a good old familial rivalry atop the Donath Motor Worx Limited Sportsman class. Joe Orvis looks like he is well on his way to wrapping up the Marsha Gibbons TLC Real Estate ThunderCar points championship, but in the 4 cylinder class, anything can happen.

With $20 for a full carload on Friday night, bring the family, bring the work friends, bring the non-racing friends and convert them into racing friends! A night at the track is like no other live experience in the North Country.

Arrive early to enjoy the hot laps, family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food and drink from the concession stands.

Pit Gates open at 4:00pm with General Admission gates opening at 5:00pm. The drivers meeting will take place at 6:00pm sharp with Hot Laps to ensue at 6:20pm. Opening Ceremonies for the evening will kick off at 7:00pm by the lovely Miss Adirondack/Miss Thousand Islands and Heat Races will immediately follow.

Dirt Track Digest (DTD) continues to offer an on-demand digital viewing option for fans who cannot attend the races in person throughout the 2022 racing season.
