Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micros Back In Action With Nebraska Micro Week
Bryan Hulbert – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (August 17, 2022) The time to get back on track is now for the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division with a run through southern Nebraska and northern Kansas.
Kicking off Thursday, August 18, Nebraska Micro Week encompasses three venues across four nights.
Starting at KAM Raceway in Hastings, Neb. on Thursday, the action moves to Jefferson County Speedway in Fairbury, Neb. on Friday, August 19, and Saturday, August 20, before rounding out at the infield oval at the Belleville High Banks in Belleville, Kan. on Sunday, August 21.
For the nightly lineup, Stock Non-Wing, A-Class, and Restricted 'A' Class National Championship Micros will be on track, along with the NOW600 Jayhusker Region.
Thursday, August 18 at KAM Raceway opens at 5:00 P.M. with cars on track for Hot Laps at 8:00 P.M. Draw is open for one hour, starting at 5:45 P.M. with the Driver’s Meeting at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Friday, August 19, and Saturday, August 20 at Jefferson County Speedway open at 4:00 P.M. with Hot Laps at 6:30 P.M. Each day, the draw will open at 4:45 P.M. and be open for one hour. Driver’s Meeting takes place at 6:00 P.M. (CDT). The one-fifth-oval is located at 56885 PWF Rd. in Fairbury, Neb. Information is best found on the track’s Facebook Page.
Sunday, August 21, atop the quarter-mile, inside the Belleville High Banks, opens at 5:00 P.M., followed by Hot Laps at 6:30 P.M. Draw is open for 45-minutes starting at 5:00 P.M. and will be followed by the Driver’s Meeting at 6:00 P.M. (CDT). The Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division rolls up the road to Solomon Valley Raceway in Beloit, Kan. on Wednesday, July 13. The event features Stock Non-Wing and Restricted in a non-point special event.
