Oberkramer wheels to 12th-place finish in Topless 100 at Batesville

In a field of 48 cars, Oberkramer edged his way into the $5,000-to-win preliminary feature with the third-and-final transfer spot in his heat race. Losing four spots in the 30-lap affair, Mason logged a 17th-place outing.

With his finish on Friday transferring into a B-Main on Saturday, Mason streaked to a 10-lap victory but was disqualified in post race tech for a droop rule violation. Taking a provisional into the $50,000-to-win Topless 100, Oberkramer marched through the field 12 positions in the 100-lapper to register a 12th-place finish.
