Lowe enjoys successful Fourth of July weekend at Crossville and Mountain View
Friday night found Jesse Lowe in action at Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tenn.) competing in his Bennett Heating & Cooling No. 5J Late Model for the Independence Day special.
Following the fifth-fastest qualifying lap, Lowe was leading the feature late in the 40-lapper but slipped up in the waning laps to place second. He followed Cameron Weaver across the line with William Blankenship rounding out the podium.
Pulling double duty on Saturday evening at Mountain View Raceway (Spring City, Tenn.), Jesse was battling for the win in the Tri-Star Decks No. 417 Late Model in the feature but a late-caution relegated him to third when the checkered flag flew.
In the Scottie and Kaylor Hogan-owned No. 15H Sportsman, Lowe powered to a third-place finish in the feature. He trailed Barry Goodman and Colton Profitt to the checkers.
