Garrett Alberson marches to Top-10 finish at Attica

Roberts Motorsports pilot Garrett Alberson kicked off his Labor Day weekend on Friday with a visit to Attica Raceway Park (Attica, Ohio) for the Attica Ambush.

Following a fifth-place showing in his heat, Garrett secured his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a consolation victory. Wheeling his way into the Top-10, Alberson passed 10 cars in the 25-lapper to finish seventh.

Saturday’s Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) event at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) was rained out and Sunday’s Hillbilly Hundred at Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, W.Va.) was postponed to September 29th.
