Will Roland visits Bulls Gap for Scorcher

On Wednesday afternoon, Will Roland visited Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) to pilot his Roland Tire No. 22 Late Model for the 15th annual Scorcher.

In a field of 33 Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series entries, Roland raced his way into the A-Main via consolation win after pulling off early in his heat. With $12,000 on the line, Will was collected in a tangle after a late restart that forced him to retire with five laps remaining. He was credited with a 12th-place finish.
