Pair of Top-10 finishes in Kokomo Dirt Nationals

After lowering the track record in time trials with a 13.530-second lap, Overton streaked to a heat race win over Max Blair. Starting on the pole for the $20,000-to-win A-Main, Brandon led the opening four circuits but faded to finish ninth when the checkered flag flew.

For Tuesday’s XR Super Series finale, Brandon secured his spot into the feature with a heat triumph. With $40,000 on the line, Overton recorded a 10th-place finish in the 60-lap affair.
