Chase Allen Enters East Bay Winternationals
Chase Allen entered the 47th annual Winternationals on Friday night. Sixty-five DIRTcar Modifieds entered the event. Chase started the night by racing from seventh-to-fifth in his heat race, which relegated him to a B-Main.
In the B-Main he picked up the win from fifth. Starting 20th in the feature, Chase was an early retiree to a 24th-place finish.
The event drew to a close on Saturday night. Chase charged from ninth to third in his heat race, which left him just short of locking into the main event. Allen started on the pole of his B-Main, but would battle bad luck as a flat tire forced him to slide back to an eighth-place finish, bringing his night to an early end.
