Jake Knowles 11th with Crate Racin' USA at Rome Speedway
Competing in his home-track, Jake Knowles made the short trek to Rome Speedway (Rome, Ga.) on Saturday to pilot his Josh Roberts Trucking No. 66 Late Model for the Thunder in the Mountain.
Drawing a stout field of 59 Crate Racin’ USA entries, Jake came in third in his heat before streaking to a 10-lap consolation victory, locking him on the seventh row for the feature. With $10,000 on the line, Knowles clawed forward two spots to finish 11th.
Jake is currently ninth in the latest Crate Racin' USA point standings.
