Parker Martin heads to Mississippi Thunder Speedway with World of Outlaws
Parker Martin made the surprise haul to Mississippi Thunder Speedway (Fountain City, Wis.) for the Dairyland Showdown tripleheader weekend with the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series.
With a stacked 43-car field on hand, Parker lined up 21st in the second preliminary feature of the night and moved forward five spots to finish 16th.
After wet weather raining out the remainder of the Dairyland Showdown weekend, Parker Martin traveled to Florence Speedway (Union, Ky.) to join the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on Saturday afternoon.
In a field of 41 Late Models, Martin qualified 13th in his group before finishing sixth in his heat race. With one more shot at making the Ralph Latham Memorial, Parker was unable to transfer in his B-Main.
