Bailes opens up 2024 season in Warrior House Car at Volusia Speedway Park

Ross Bailes opened up his 2024 racing season on Friday afternoon at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.) for the Crate Racin' USA-sanctioned Sunshine Nationals after Thursday's event was lost due to weather.

Making his first start behind the wheel of the No. 1G Warrior House Car, Ross struggled through engine issues all evening and was unable to make the feature after recording a DNF in his B-Main.

Hoping for better luck for Saturday's finale, Bailes and the Warrior crew once again dealt with engine trouble and were unable to make any decent laps.
