Alberson closes out 2024 Speedweeks with sixth-place finish in Deuces Wild at Golden Isles
With Friday's opener washed out, Garrett Alberson unloaded his Sunoco Race Fuels No. 58 Super Late Model at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon for the second half of the doubleheader Deuces Wild event.
Putting down the sixth-fastest lap in his 23-car group, Alberson locked himself into the main event with a runner-up finish in his heat. Running inside the Top-10 for the entire 50-lap feature, Garrett landed just outside the Top-5 in sixth.
