Deuces Wild brings Ryan Timms to Golden Isles Speedway

After a triumphant victory in the 360 ranks a week prior, Ryan Timms broke out his CitGard Engine Oil No. 5T 410 Sprinter on Thursday for the High Limit Racing Series doubleheader at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Ga.).

Timms’ night got off to a rough start early after he got caught behind a flipping competitor on the opening lap of his heat, sending him to the pits. Pinned on the 12th row for the $10,000-to-win feature, Ryan climbed seven spots to salvage a 17th-place outing.

Back at the 4/10-mile oval on Saturday, Ryan raced into the Deuces Wild finale with an eighth-to-sixth showing in his heat race. With a $20,000 top prize up for grabs, Timms faded to 20th when the checkers flew in the 25-lap affair.
