Joseph Joiner survives for 12th-place finish with HTFSDS at Ultimate Motorsports & RV Park
Following the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series to the Carolinas, Joseph Joiner checked into Ultimate Motorsports & RV Park (Elkin, N.C.) on Friday afternoon for the $10,000-to-win show.
With 37 Super Late Models on hand, Joiner earned his spot in the main event by winning his last chance qualifier. Staying out of trouble in 50-lap feature, Joseph gained six positions to finish 12th.
Saturday's $20,000-to-win Buddy Crook Memorial at Lancaster (S.C.) Motor Speedway was cancelled due to overnight rain showers.
Joiner is currently 4th in the HTFSDS point standings.
